Our return and refund / exchange policy applies to all website orders and custom orders via other methods of communication and payment for example sumup / PayPal etc.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind, if it is agreed you are eligible for a refund or exchange you have a further 14 days to return your item to us – return address will be communicated at time of refund / exchange agreeance.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales.easywider@gmai.com

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Custom made front splitters.
  • Custom made side splitters.
  • Custom made 35mm lip spoilers.
  • Custom made 35mm Ducktail spoilers.

The above items can only be exchanged or refunded if they have been manufactured incorrectly (example we have made to incorrect dimensions previously communicated by the customer) or the item has arrived damaged to you.

Damages

We take all appropriate measures to ensure that items arrive in perfection condition to you, in the instance that the item has arrived damaged we need photographic evidence of the damage to the item itself and the packaging it arrived in also highlighting the corresponding damage to the packaging.

Partial refunds

  • Any item returned to us by prior agreement that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error for example a set of 4 wheel arch extensions are returned within 14 days because the customer has changed their mind, however upon receipt inspection by ourselves 1 piece is found to be damaged, in this instance we will adjust the refund amount accordingly in most cases we will not refund for the 1 damaged piece returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
